      • Yeah, but 11″ tall speaker stands doesn’t seem ideal? Generally the rule of thumb is that you want the tweeters to be at ear level. Unless you’re sitting on a stool, I don’t see how these would be effective. Unless I am missing something?

I would definitely love to hear your opinion Audio Tweak.

      • Tweeters are almost exactly in hight of my ears in listening position. I think ideal stands for these speakers are between 20 and 30cm (2/3 ft. – 1 ft.) Speakers are rather boomy when sitting on the floor.

  1. Hi Audio Tweak, could you please let me know what type of Banana speaker wire you’re using so that I can buy some? Also, what type of binding posts banana plgus are you using?

Lastly, for the paper on the back, is there any work that needs to be done for it?

    • You can download it from my blog. Look for article about hpm100. I use professional speaker wire in twisted configuration and WBT connectors. Do you have ebay? I can send you a link

  2. What’s the difference with solid 100% walnut wood stands “vs” chip board and walnut veneer stands?
